Small update... After taking a little break for a few weeks we're back in the practice space and working on some new jams. The demo tape is still available and can be ordered here or if you live in Richmond, pick up a copy at Vinyl Conflict or Rumors. A few shows are coming up, including a weekend tour with Snack Truck in mid November. Bring earplugs.

Welcome to Sweat Lodge's website. Totally basic. Don't think we're gonna do the myspace thing, so you can find upcoming show info and music to listen to on here and purchase music and things here too. There's talk of a newsletter or something down the road, but we'll see about that. Please email us if you wanna get on board.
We recently recorded a demo with our friend JK in June. We now have demo casettes for sale, via mailorder below and at shows. These come packaged with a nicely printed fold-out insert, featuring some really amazing drawings and artwork by our pal Dan Owen. He's also doing some other artwork and shirts for us, so those should be up here sooner or later.

This is our demo tape. Recorded and mixed by JK and his Jeeb Sound Mobile Unit at the Bike Lot in June and July 2008. These come packaged with a painstakingly hand-cut, double-sided fold-out insert, with some really sweet artwork by our pal Dan Owen. On black cassettes with printed labels, limited to 100 copies.
